Transport Policy & Travel Expenses

RONGO YACHT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. is a technical services company and does not operate as an online shop that ships products. Therefore, fixed shipping costs or courier charges do not apply.

For projects carried out at shipyards, marinas or other facilities in Greece or abroad, any costs relating to personnel travel and the transportation of tools, equipment and materials are determined separately for each project and calculated on the basis of:

The project location and travel distance.

The duration of travel and the number of personnel required.

The required tools and materials and the volume of equipment.

Air or ferry tickets, local transportation and accommodation.

All expenses are communicated in advance and itemised in the quotation or cooperation agreement. In certain engagements, travel, accommodation, local transportation and tool-related expenses may be covered directly by the client, subject to prior agreement.
